  1. I've purchased tickets! How do I watch?

Flogging Molly live from Dublin - March 17th

      • Click [here] to log in to the account you created when checking out to watch the livestream on March 17th at 12pm PT / 3pm ET / 7pm GMT / 8pm CET. 
      • The show will be available for replay until Sunday, March 21st at 11:59 PM EDT.
      • If you have not created an account, you can do so [here] with the email you used to place your order. Since this is a live event you will not be able to fast forward or rewind during the initial airing.
      • Be sure the email you use to create your account matches the email on your payment method of choice (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Payment methods are determined by store owners and all available payment methods are on the site.

      Flogging Molly Acoustic Session - March 18th

      • The show will be available for replay until Sunday, March 21st at 11:59 PM EDT.
      1. Can I buy tickets for my friends?
      • Of course! Once you’ve purchased more than one item with a ticket included, just use the chat button in the bottom right corner of this page or reach out to https://sn.gl/livestream-support with the artist name, show date, your order #, and your friend’s email – an account will be set up for them! They will receive their account confirmation and ticket in their email.

       

      1. Can I watch the livestream on my TV?
          • Yes, if your TV has a web browser app or if you are using a product like Apple TV or Chromecast that also has a web app. In all cases, you simply need to use a browser, navigate to the stream page, sign in, and press play as you normally would.

              • Casting will be available once the show starts. Please see our list of supported devices if you continue to have trouble. Please note that iOS devices cannot Cast directly from the web browser to Chromecast. Airplay is only available on certain devices.           1. Problems with merch/bundle orders
            • Please contact Rockaway Merch with your full name, what you purchased, order reference number and email address used to purchase your merch/bundle, along with what you need assistance with.

           

          1. Tell me more about the virtual Meet & Greet
            • This is your chance to have a private, personal chat & virtual cheers with all members of Flogging Molly! Each call will last approximately two minutes and you’ll receive a video of your M&G after the call, along with the opportunity to take pictures during your virtual conversation.  Pick your date & general time at checkout.  Your call will be within this timeframe, depending on your place in line during that designated time.  You will receive your M&G event information in a separate email from Arcivr Live 24 hours before the M&G, so be on the lookout as your date nears.  You can check out what to expect here:  https://www.arcivr.com/fan-tips.  Contact hello@arcivr.com

           

          1. International Shipping Duties and Taxes
            • Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices.  If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the time of delivery.  Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes.
            • Per the terms of our return policy, please note that shipping arrangements and costs incurred to return items are the customer’s responsibility.
            • If you only purchased a virtual ticket, this does not apply to you.

           

          1. I ordered stream merch, when can I expect to receive?
            • All stream exclusive merch items (t-shirt, hoodie, poster) are pre-order and will ship on/around April 15, 2021, if not sooner. Lucky Bag, Bundle Up and Drink Up items ship approximately 48 hours after order confirmation.  The acoustic session will be emailed to purchasers with details on how to tune in.  Virtual Meet & Green participants will select their M&G time at checkout and receive a detailed email approx. 24 hours before their M&G date and time.

           

          1. I’m having problems with the quality of the live stream, what can I do?
            • Automatic resolution is 1080p, however you may be automatically upgraded or downgraded depending on the strength of you internet connection. Make sure you have the correct system requirements and browser (see above).  If you are continuing to experience issues, please contact the support through the chat in the bottom right corner of this page during the show.

           

          1. Problems with logging in
            • We encourage all users to test their login ahead of the stream to solve any issues ahead of time.

           

          1. No Sound!
            • If the stream is working, but you have no sound first check to make sure the mute button is off in the bottom corner of the player. If that doesn’t solve your problem, you may need to refresh your browser.  If that isn’t it, here are some troubleshooting articles specific to your operating system.
